Current Positions: The location of this position will be based in our Costa Mesa Office. The primary responsibility of this individual is to support the Sales Director, Director Channel Sales, and Account Executives to develop and maintain customer relationships. Candidate will present Video Streaming and Web hosting solutions to a wide variety of potential customers. Requires 3 to 5 years consultative sales experience selling a Web-based product. The ideal applicant should be highly self motivated, professional, and bring with them viable networking opportunities. Must be able to handle a high volume of customer communication. Requires advanced computer and Internet skills. You must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organization and planning skills required. Must have strong analytical skills to solve complex issues that interrelate technical and business issues. Compensation includes competitive salary and benefits. Essential Job Duties:
Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to identify effective workarounds. A solid understanding of Internet configurations, troubleshooting, traffic load and bottlenecks and making improvement recommendations to corporate clients. Ability to build strong customer relationships, balancing client requests with company resource requirements. Must have excellent written skills in the form of presentations, emails, white papers, and technical notes Intermediate to Expert level of proficiency with MS Office applications, including Visio, Word and Excel.
